Danko tomato: variety description
The bush of the plant is of a determinant type, on open ridges it grows up to 45-55 centimeters. When planted in a greenhouse, it can reach 1.2-1.5 meters in height. A variety with medium early ripening. Fresh fruits after emergence can be harvested in 106-112 days.
A bush of medium branching, the best yield results are shown when formed with 3-4 stems. The number of leaves is small, medium-sized, green, slightly corrugated.
The lower leaves are advised to be removed as the bush grows, to increase the degree of airing of the soil. The plant does not require pinching; when planting in a greenhouse, tying the stems to a support is required. Gardeners like it not only for its good taste, but also for its resistance to dry conditions. Although in a drought, the number of formed tomatoes is somewhat reduced. In the brush, the first fruits grow the largest, and those that are on the edge of the brush are much smaller.
