Recipe of dish

Ingredients:

  • Eggplant 1 pc.
  • Zucchini 2 pcs.
  • Cauliflower 1 head.
  • Tomato 2 pcs.
  • Carrots 2pcs.
  • Bulb onions 2 pcs.
  • Greens 30 g.
  • Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons.
  • Spices to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Wash all the ingredients, blanch the cabbage in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Peel vegetables if necessary.
  2. Cut everything into squares - determine the size individually, according to your taste.
  3. Put the onion in a preheated skillet with oil and simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Add carrots to the onion and keep covered for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Eggplant, zucchini, cauliflower are added in turn.
  6. The tomato is added at the very end and stewed along with all the vegetables for another 10-15 minutes.
  7. Add herbs and spices at the end of cooking.

Ingredients:

  • Choice of meat - chicken, pork or beef 300-400 g.
  • Cauliflower - 1 head.
  • Eggplant - 1 pc.

  5. Add meat and tomato paste to the onion, cook for about 5 minutes over low heat.
  6. Put chopped vegetables in a pan and dry for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Add hot water to the stew and bring everything to a boil.
  8. The dish is salted, sprinkled with spices and covered with a lid.
  9. The mixture is stewed over low heat for about 1.5 hours.
