Ingredients per serving:

  • cauliflower - 160 gr.;
  • minced mutton - 120 gr.;
  • onions - ¼ pcs.;
  • tomato - 1 pc.;
  • milk - 50 ml.;
  • flour;
  • garlic;
  • paprika;
  • parsley.


  1. First, divide the cauliflower and place it in a saucepan of boiling salted water for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Finely chop the onion and garlic. First, fry the onion in a pan for 5 minutes, then add the garlic and fry for another minute.
  3. Add minced meat to the pan, salt and fry it for 5-7 minutes.
  4. We wash and finely chop the tomatoes. Add them to the pan and simmer the mixture over low heat, covered for about 20 minutes.
  5. Now you need to make a special sauce for the dish: melt the butter in a pan and add a spoonful of flour - mix, removing all the lumps. Then add hot milk, constantly stirring the mixture. Salt a little and add paprika.
  6. We take a baking dish and put the minced meat in it, and on top of it the cauliflower. Pour sauce over everything. We bake the dish in the oven for 25 minutes at a temperature of up to 200 degrees.
